EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the tenth day of September, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8613 RESOLUTION CONTINUING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBER RW-P-90-16 WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the ninth day of July, 1990, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of Lincoln Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2 and County Road C-2 from Terrace Drive to Snelling Avenue; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held theron on the twenty-third day of July, 1990, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given and opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the hearing on July 23, 1990, was continued to August 13, 1990; and WHEREAS, the continued hearing on August 13, 1990, was continued to September 10, 1990; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: Such improvement hearing be continued to October 8, 1990, and mailed notices be sent to affected property owners regarding the continuation of the hearing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas and Rog and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
