<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, October 19, 1964. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of October 6, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the public hearing for <br />the vacation of Rose Place from Dellwood Avenue to Fernwood Avenue <br />be continued until the meeting of November 2, 1964. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request for division <br />of lot by John Kennedy, 1798 North Lexington Avenue be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing for <br />Duane Anderson variance at 593 Ryan Avenue W., Baker Trailer <br />Camp rezoning at 2315 North Victoria and M. Reinhardt rezoning <br />at 815 Cope Avenue be established for November 16, 1964. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the preliminary plat of <br />North Hills Addition be referred to the Village Engineer for re- <br />commendation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the three lots owned by <br />Ray Kroiss as described in letter from the secretary of the <br />Planning Commission dated October 14, 1964, be approved as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Lot 1 and Lot 28, Block S, now with a frontage of 108 feet <br />will be reduced to 100 feet frontage, thus increasing Lot 2 <br />and Lot 27, Block 5 frontage to 98 feet instead of 90 feet. <br /> <br />(b) Lot I, Block 6 to have a frontage of 95.1 feet instead of <br />102.1 feet and Lot 2, Block 6, to have a frontage of 97.1 <br />feet instead of 90 feet <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the radio system bids for the <br />Public Works Department be rejected; and that the Village Manager <br />and Administrative Assistant open new bids at 11:30 A.M. on November 9, <br />1964.
