<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, November 2, 1964. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich and Grauel. <br />Absent: Trustees Curley and Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of October 12, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />~lINUTES <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of October 19, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1072 vacating <br />a section of Asbury Street and certain utility easements on Arona <br />Street as requested by the Centennial Methodist Church be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1072 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request from Arrow <br />Tank and Engineering Company in a letter dated October 22, 1964, <br />for withdrawal of their rezoning request on property located at <br />2600 North Cleveland Avenue be granted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />ARROW TANK <br />AND ENGINEERING <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1073 <br />vacating a section of Rose Place between Dellwood and Fernwood <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1073 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that A. B. Lorentzen be allowed <br />to install sanitary sewer and water into his Loren Acres #2 Plat <br />providing the preliminary plat is accepted by the Planning <br />Commission at its meeting on November 4, 1964. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />A. B. LORENTZEN <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Planning Commission be <br />requested to study the advisability of changing "automobile, truck, <br />and trailer body repair" from a permitted to a special use permit <br />use in Light Industrial Districts. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />VI LLAGE CODE <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the firm of Touche, Ross, <br />Bailey and Smart be appointed to perform the 1964 annual general <br />and liquor audits. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />VILLAGE AUDIT <br />1964 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bid for lowering of <br />sanitary sewer and water main on Marion Street approximately 300 <br />feet north of Larpenteur Avenue, be awarded to Lametti & Sons, <br />Inc., low bidder at $1,950.00.
