VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, November 9, 1964. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present~ Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel, Curley and Shields. Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of November 2, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of November 5, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). The Mayor opened the meeting by stating this was a hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment and reapportionment of original assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes on a public improvement. The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment and reapportionment of original assessments for Water Improve= ment No. 62-1 in the Suburban Life on October 21, 1964, in accordance with the resolution adopted October 12, 1964, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider- ation of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, re- assessments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 62-1 s aid original hearing being held Octoberl4, 1963 and said assessment roll as amended being adopted October 14, 1963 and certified to the County Auditor on October 24, 1963. All persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Clerk were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated and placed on file. Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the hearing be continued until 9:00 a.m., November 14, 1964. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
