<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, November 9, 1964. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present~ Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel, <br />Curley and Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of November 2, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of November 5, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting by stating this was a hearing on <br />the proposed supplemental reassessment and reapportionment of <br />original assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1, pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes on a public improvement. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment <br />and reapportionment of original assessments for Water Improve= <br />ment No. 62-1 in the Suburban Life on October 21, 1964, in <br />accordance with the resolution adopted October 12, 1964, which <br />affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed <br />on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider- <br />ation of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, re- <br />assessments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect <br />to Water Improvement No. 62-1 s aid original hearing being held <br />Octoberl4, 1963 and said assessment roll as amended being <br />adopted October 14, 1963 and certified to the County Auditor on <br />October 24, 1963. All persons present were then given an <br />opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections <br />theretofore filed with the Village Clerk were presented and <br />considered, and all such objections were tabulated and placed on <br />file. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the hearing be continued until <br />9:00 a.m., November 14, 1964.
