<br />Special Meeting of the Village Council - December 28, 1964.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Goodrich, Trustees Curley, Grauel,
<br />and Shields. Absent: Mayor Cedarholm.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Lametti Construction Company
<br />be granted a special use permit to construct an addition to his
<br />building at 2560 N. Cleveland Avenue, consisting of 7,000 square
<br />feet. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager and the
<br />Public Works Director be authorized to open bids on construction
<br />of maintenance garage at 11:30 A.M., January 27, 1965. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1127 regard-
<br />ing consolidated water improvements Nos. 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and
<br />64-6, Duplicate Assessments, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -

<br />ing resolution relating to consolidated water improvements Nos.

<br />to sanitary sewer improvement No. S assessments, prepaid assess-

<br />to Long Lake Road, County Road B-2, St. Croix Street Street
<br />Improvement assessments, prepaid assessments of Minnesota Transfer

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager be
<br />authorized to advertise for bids on Hanson backhoe, Ford Tractor
<br />and Lowboy D and Caterpillar Tractor which the Vi 11 age acquired
<br />from the Roseville Water Company; and that bids be opened by the
<br />Village Manager and Public Works Director at 11:30 a.m., January 18,
<br />1965. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />pay to Edward J. Adams and Claudie Adams, husband and wifeD the
