<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - January 11, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curleys Goodrich. <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved. Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of December 28, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of January 4, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the public hearing on the <br />final plat of Oakridge Lane Addition, Victoria and Rose1awn extended, <br />be struck from the agenda as requested by Russell Mliner and the <br />hearing be continued until the meeting of February I, 1965. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that re,zoning request of <br />Lametti Construction Company for property located on the north- <br />east corner of Cleveland Avenue and County Road C-2 be referred <br />to the Planning Commission for their meeting of February 3, 1965. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager be <br />authorized to accept the grant of Easement on S-50l0 and that <br />the Village pay to Minnesota Transfer Railway Company, a <br />Minnesota corporation, the sum of $50.00. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1133 <br />accepting the construction for sanitary sewer extension on <br />Sandy Hook Drive and Little Bay Road be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application of <br />Cyril Sheehy for rezoning of Josephine Road and Dellwood be <br />referred back to the Planning Commission for a more firm <br />recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Trustee Albert W. Grauel <br />be appointed liaisQl member to the Planning Commission.
