H. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of January 11. 1965, be approved. Roll Call. Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Shields Moved. Grauel Seconded, that the application of <br />Donald Roberts for rezoning at 175 W. Larpenteur Avenue be <br />referred to the Planning Commission for a public hearing. <br />Roll Call. Curley Seconded. that the name of Membrez Lane <br />be changed to Dale Court as requested in petition dated January 9, <br />1965. Roll Call. Curley Seconded, that Estimate No.3, Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 5 be paid the contractor, Lametti & Sons. <br />in an amount of $10,424.70. Roll Call. Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />NO.5 <br /> <br />Shields Moved. Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1135 <br />regarding reapportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 3 be adopted. Roll Call. Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1136 <br />relating to apportionment of assessments in consolidated water <br />improvements Nos. 62~2 D 64=4. 64-5 and 64=6 be adopted. Roll <br />Call.
