<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - February 1, 1965.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,
<br />Grauel and Shields.

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of January 18>> 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />Oakridge Lane Addition Final Plat be continued until February IS,
<br />1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Western Oil special use
<br />permit request for a service station in an 1-2 area located at
<br />Long Lake Road and County Road C be referred to the Planning
<br />Commission for a public hearing. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the low bid in an amount
<br />of $17,487 be awarded to G1aditsch Construction Company for con-
<br />struction of the utilities garage. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Project No.6, Water Improvement No. 62-1 be paid the contractor,
<br />Robert W. Moore in an amount of $13,344.65. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Ordinance No. 453 amending
<br />Section 35.470 of the Village Code relating to fire zones be adopted.
