<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - February 8, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of February I, 1965 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm made the following proclamation: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, non=profit corporation has been organized known as <br />the "ROSEVILLE CENTRAL PARK FOUNDATION". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said non-profit corporation has been organized by <br />public spirited and dedicated citizens of the Roseville <br />area, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the Village that this <br />non-profit corporation flourish and assists the Village <br />in creating a central park which is so badly required by <br />the Vi llage <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, EMIL F. CEDARHOLM, Mayor of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, do proclaim and direct as follows: <br /> <br />I. It shall be the policy of tile Village government of <br />the Village of Roseville to encourage the success and <br />activities of the Roseville Central Park Foundation. <br /> <br />2. It shall be the policy of the Village of Roseville to <br />accept graciously any gifts to the Central Park by this <br />foundation including improvements on real property owned <br />by the Village, <br /> <br />3. All citizens of Roseville and others interested in the <br />Village of Roseville are urged to give all assistance <br />possible to the Roseville Central Park Foundation. <br /> <br />4.
