Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of the Sheehy <br />Construction Company for the withdrawal of their rezoning at <br />Dellwood and County Road C-2 be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />SHI:EHV <br />RE ZON ING <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Gurley Seconded, that the sign variance requested <br />by the Paul Bunyan Motel be approved; and that the conditions for <br />taking down the other signs on the motel be worked out with the <br />Building Inspector. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (2). Trustees <br />Goodrich and Grauel voting nay. <br /> <br />PAUL BUNYAN <br />MOTEL SIGN <br />VARIANCE <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the preliminary plat for <br />the Martens Addition be approved subject to widening the ri~lt- <br />of-way dedication on Martens Lane to 60 feet by reducing each <br />corner lot by five feet and deposit of money to cover the nec- <br />essary street construction. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MARTENS <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Kroiss Lakeview Addition <br />preliminary plat be approved with drainage to be handled in accord <br />with the recommendation of the Public Works Director.
