<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - March I, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel <br />and Shields. Absent: Trustee Goodrich. <br /> <br />Shields Moved. Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of February 15, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved. Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of December 21, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields MovedD Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of February 8, <br />1965D be corrected as follows: <br /> <br />Curley Moved. Goodrich Seconded, that the Mayor <br />authorlzed to execute change order No.1, Water <br />Project 1. 011 Call, Ayes 5 - Nays (0 0 <br /> <br /> <br />Shields MovedD Grauel Seconded, that the request of Lametti <br />Corporation for rezoning of land at Cleveland and County Road C-2 <br />from R-l to R-3 and R-I to I-I be denied. Curley Seconded, that the final plat of North <br />Hill Addition located at the southeast corner of Lydia and Chatsworth <br />be approved on the condition that the street and sanitary sewer <br />grades meet the approval of the Public Works Director. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final plat on Lake <br />Johanna Homes No. 2 be continued until March 8, 1965. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final plat on Martens <br />Addition be approved subject to the conditions stipulated in <br />the Council i s approval of the preliminary plat and subject to <br />the attorneyis approval of the abstract. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that public hearing be established <br />for March 15, 1965, for the Western Oil and Fuel Company's request <br />for a special use permit at Long Lake Road and County Road C. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a public hearing on Kroiss <br />Lakeview Addition Final plat be set for March 15, 1965.
