VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council ~ April 12, 1965. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm>> Trustees Curley. Goodrich, Grauel and Shieldso Shields Movedo Curley Seconded>> that the Western Oil Company request for special use permit for a service station at the intersection of Long Lake Road and County Road C be granted. Grauel Movedo Shields Seconded>> that the Roberts Construction Company application to rezone a parcel of land from R-l to R-3 be approvedo together with the planned development of the site; that the applicant dedicate the west one-half of Marion Street to the northerly end of the property; that the applicant dedicate the east half of Galtier Streeto a distance of HOfeet to the north end of the property; and that the applicant provide screen- ing as shown on the plato including the west boundary line of the parking loto Roll Call>> Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
