VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, April 19, 1965. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. 7:30 P.M. Curley Movedv Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of April SD 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). MINUTE S Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of April 12, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Movedv Shields Seconded, that the request by Daniel Bohen for rezoning of property at 1357 County Road B from B-3 and R-l to R=3 be approved. Roll Call e Ayes (5) - Nays (0). BOHEN REZONING Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of John E. Schmidt, 710 W. County Road B-2 for a variance to the side- yard setback be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (e), Trustees Goodrich and Grauel voting nay. JOHN E. SCHMIDT VARIANCE Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted by Harold Anderson for a variance at 685 Grandview for a side- yard setback be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). HAROLD ANDERSON VARIANCE Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1200 ordering a public hearing for the Lorentzen Plat Improvement for May 11 D 1965 D be adopted. Roll Call D. Ayes (5) - Nays (0)/. RESOLUTION NO. 1200 Shields MovedD Curley Seconded, that the Village Manager be authorized in conjunction with the Public Works Director, to ask the City of St. Paul, whether or not dumping sewage trucked from the Village of Vadnais Heights into Roseville sewers would be acceptable to St. Paul. and secondly, to get a report from the Minnesota Department of Health in regard to the same matter. Roll Call, Ayes (3) = Nays (2), Trustees Goodrich and Grauel voting nay. SEWAGE DUMPING Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager be authorized to advertise for bids for the remodelling of Liquor Store #2D bids to be opened by the Village Manager and Finance Officer at 11:30 A.M., May 10D 1965, for installation not later than June IS, 1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays {OJ. LIQUOR STORE NO. 2 Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request by the Colonial Furniture Company for a sign variance be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Calle Ayes (5) = Nays (0). COLONIAL FURN I TURE VARIANCE Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the setback variance requested by Dr. John Kennedy, at the corner of Roma and Lexington AvenuesDbe approved.
