<br />-2- <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the planned residential <br />development for the South town Baptist Church property be referred <br />to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (1), <br />Trustee Curley voting nay. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing on the <br />final plat for the Tony Schmidt property west of the Hamline <br />Shopping Center be established for June 7, 1965. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (1), Trustee Curley voting nay. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request by B. J. <br />Loftsgaarden for withdrawal of permit for dumping sewage by <br />a proposed mobile home park in Vadnais Heights be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved. Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager be <br />authorized to write the Village of Vadnais Heights a letter and <br />respectfully refuse the right to haul sewage into the Village <br />of Roseville by truck. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (I), Trustee <br />Goodrich voting nay. <br /> <br />Shields MovedD Grauel Seconded, that the Electrical Inspector <br />inform the State Board of Electricity that Trailmobile Incorporated <br />will be granted five or six months to continue operation of the <br />. spraying booth on their premises on Cleveland Avenue until a deter- <br />mination can be made by the National Electrical Board on the appli- <br />cation of the Electrical Code to Trailmobile's spray booth electrical <br />installation. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the motion be amended to read <br />that in the opinion of the Electrical Inspector the spray booth in- <br />stallation in the Trailmobile'building is safe and that this opinion <br />be communicated to the State Board of Electricity. <br /> <br />Roll Call on the amendment. Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Roll Call on the motion - Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Movedg Curley Seconded, that the letter from Ole A.
