VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, May 17, 1965. 7:30 P.M. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 10, 1965 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) - Abstention: (1), Trustee Curley abstaining. MINUTES Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1221 vacating strip of right-of-way from South Owasso Boulevard to the shoreline of Lake Owasso, subject to retaining an easement of a 15 foot width for future utilities be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). RESOLUTION NO. 1221 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the public hearing for Improvement 65-27, 65-28 and 65-29 be discontinued. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). IMPROVEMENT 65-27, 65-28 AND 75-29 Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the preliminary plat ,of the Stenger Addition be approved, subject to conditions of the Planning Commission File 65-257 and 65-254; and that a public hearing be established for the final plat on June 7, 1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). STENGER ADDITION Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the complaint on the Trailer Park at Victoria Avenue and T.H. 36 be turned over to the Building Inspector to be followed through on by the Attorney and the Building Inspector. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). TRAI LE R PARK Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the special use permit requested by Target Stores be referred to the Planning Commission for recommendation to the Council. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). TARGET STORES Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that public hearing on Target Stores request for special use permit be established for June 7, 1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Curley Seci>nded, that the special use permit for the gravel pit operation on the Bucher property at Western and South OwassoBou1evard be referred to the Planning Commission for their June 2; 1965, meeting. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). BUCHER SPECIAL USE PE RMIT Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Manager who has been previously designated as the Tepresentative of the Village of Roseville, make application for Federal Disaster Assistance; and is hereby authorized to execute such application for amount of $3,455.84 for pumping runoff water from ponding areas to prevent flooding of dwellings and permanent sanitary sewer pumping installations, and $26,200.00 for repair of sanita.ry sewer mains dislocated during the high water period.
