Absent: Mayor Cedarholm. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1224 <br />approving application for Federal Planning Funds be adopted. <br />Roll Callo Ayes (4) e Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1224 <br /> <br />Grauel Movedp Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1225 <br />awarding bids on Water Improvement No. 64-7 to Orfei and Sons <br />in the amount of $104,569.00 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1225 <br /> <br />Shields Movedo Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1226 <br />authorizing the signature of the Acting Mayor and Manager on <br />a cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Highway Department <br />for construction of the Commerce e Albert Street project be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1226 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1227 <br />approving construction plans of Ramsey County's proposed <br />improvement of the intersection of County Road D and Fairview <br />be adopted. Roll Callp Ayes (4) e Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1227 <br /> <br />Grauel MovedD Shields Seconded, that the Manager be authorized <br />to advertise for bids on a sign for the new liquor store <br />location in the Lexington Plaza Shopping Center; and that the <br />Manager and Inspection Superintendent open bids at 11:30 A.M. <br />June 70 1965.
