Ayes (4) w <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTE S <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of May 24, 1965, be approved. Roll Call. Ayes (4) ~ <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the attorney be authoriled <br />to draw a resolution on the vacation of the north portion of the <br />Tee cul-de~sac on Transit Avenue east of Dale Street. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final plat on Stenger <br />Addition be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />VACATION OF <br />STREE T <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that request of Target Stores <br />for withdrawal of special use permit be accepted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />STENGER FINAL <br />PLAT <br /> <br />TARGET STORES <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the development of park <br />site 15 A be held over for a two month period to determine if <br />sufficient funds are available for development. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />PARK SITE 15 A <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curl~y Seconded, that bids on liquor store sign <br />be rejected and readvertised for July 12, 1965; that laid bids <br />shall include electrical Wiring; and that the Village Manager and <br />Finance Officer open bids at 11:30 A.M., July 12, 1965.
