<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council, June 24, 1965. <br /> <br />4:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields. Trustee Curley absent. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1264 <br />accepting the feasibility report and ordering the public <br />improvement on streets for the Hamline Court Addition be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1264 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the building permit <br />requested by Calvin Garley for the Hamline Court Addition be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />BUILDING <br />PERMIT <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Huberty Division of <br />lot be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />HUBE RTY <br />DIVISION OF <br />LOT <br /> <br />Curley arrived at the meeting at 4:40 P.M. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor be authorized <br />to write a letter to the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners <br />urging them to make a determination on the county's partici- <br />pation in the cost of the current Roseville storm sewer program. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />LE TIE R <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that Estimate No.9, Project <br />No.2, Water Improvement No. 64-4 in the amount of $50,665.38 <br />be paid the contractor, Lametti and Sons. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />CONTRACTORS <br />ESTIMATE <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that Estimate No.8, Project <br />No.3, Water Improvement No. 64-4 in the amount of $34,885.08 <br />be paid the contractor, Lametti and Sons.
