<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council, July 6, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Grauel and Shields. <br />Absent: Trustees Curley and Goodrich. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1265 authoriz- <br />ing payment to the Roseville Water Company of $115,000.00, value <br />of the property sold to the Village of Roseville by the Roseville <br />Water Company, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (3)- Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village of Roseville pay <br />to George J. Reiling and Mary Jane Reiling for stonn sewer <br />easement on Project No. 65-19 over part of Lot 12, A. K. Barnum's <br />Garden Lots, the StDll of $1,500.00 upon the owners tendering an <br />easement to the satisfaction of the Village Attorney.
