Absent~ Trustee Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich MovedD Grauel Secondeds that Resolution No. 1276 <br />authorizing the Mayor and Manager to execute a cooperative <br />agreement with the Minnesota Highway Department on Storm Sewer <br />65~7 be adopted. Roll Calls Ayes (4) = Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1276 <br />COOPERATIVE AGREE- <br />MENT MINNESOTA <br />HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br />ON IMPROVEMENT 65- 7 <br /> <br />Grauel Moveds Goodrich Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager <br />be authorized to execute a contract with Banister Engineering <br />Company on engineering services for Storm Sewer Improvements <br />65=7D 65=8 and 6S=9g and that Banister Engineering undertake <br />the supervision of constructions surveying and inspection nec- <br />essary on these projects. Roll CallD Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />CONTRACT WITH <br />BANISTER <br />ENGINEERING CO. <br /> <br />Grauel Movedo Goodrich Secondeds that the request of Roberts <br />Construction Company for rezoning of property from R-l to <br />I-I at Fulham Street and Terminal Road be referred to the <br />Planning Commission9 and that a council public hearing on the <br />matter be set for August 9, 1965.
