<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - August 2, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present~ Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley. Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of July 12p 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) ~, Abstentions (1) D Trustee Goodrich abstaining. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of July 15, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (2), Trustees Goodrich and Grauel abstaining. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of July 16, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) = Abstentions (1), Trustee Goodrich abstaining. <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing for the proposed concrete <br />curb and gutter improvement on Centennial Drive, Terrace Drive, and <br />Judith Avenue between Mackubin Street and Western Avenue. He <br />requested the clerk read the official notice of hearing of the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />"Notice of Hearing on Improvement <br /> <br />To Whom it May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the Village <br />Council of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will meet in the <br />council chambers of the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m. D.S.T. on Monday, August 2, 1965, <br />to consider making improvements on the following streets: <br /> <br />1. Terrace Drive between Mackubin Street and Western Avenue; <br />2. Judith Avenue between Mackubin Street and Western Avenue; <br />30 Centennial Drive between Terrace Drive and Western Avenue; <br />4. Mackubin Street between Judith Avenue and Terrace Drive. <br /> <br />Said improvements to consist of constructing concrete curb and gutters <br />along said streets, and this improvement is made pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area propos~d to be assessed <br />for such improvement is the property abutting on such streets, avenues <br />and drives. The estimated cost of such improvement is $13.000.00. <br /> <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improve- <br />ment will he heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />Richard W.
