<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council - August 30, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of August 13, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of August 16, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of August 20, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Trustee Grauel abstaining. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded. that the rezoning from R-l <br />to R-3 requested by Angelo Carbone for property located at 2563 <br />North Hamline Avenue be approved; and that the development plan <br />be approved subject to the conditions that the applicant dedicate <br />10 feet along the west side of Hamline Avenue for the widening <br />of Hamline Avenue at some future date and comply with all density <br />requirements, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />CARBONE <br />REZONING AND <br />PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Shields Moved~ Goodrich Seconded. that the council go out and <br />view the Herbst property, 2080 - 2090 W. County Road C; and <br />that the public hearing on the proposed rezoning of this property <br />be continued until September 13. 1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />HERBST REZONING <br /> <br />Grauel Movedp Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1308 accept- <br />ing the petition for installation of concrete curb and gutter on <br />Maple Lane between Aldine and Wheeler and referring it to the <br />Public Works Director for feasibility report be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1308 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded. that the request for building <br />permit be granted to Ramsey Engineering Company, 1853 W. County <br />Road C.
