<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - September 13, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and <br />Shields. Absent: Trustee Goodrich. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of August 30, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Public Hearing on Supplemental Reapportionment of Assessment <br />on Zimmerman Office Park, Water Improvement 62-1 was opened. <br /> <br />No interested party appeared concerning this hearing. The <br />hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1325 relating <br />to supplemental reapportionment of assessment on part of Water <br />Improvement 62-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Robert Herbst <br />to rezone property from 1-1 to B-3 and ~pecial use permit at 2080 - <br />2090 W. County Road C. be referred back to the Planning Commission <br />for recommendation at their meeting October 6, 1965; and that the <br />public hearing for the council be continued until October II, 1965. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the letter submitted by <br />the Planning Commission in regard to the special use permit <br />requested by Ferdinand Bucher be placed on file; and the council <br />hearing be continued until October II, 1965. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request by Carl Hilksland <br />for temporary location of Tony's Night Club be denied. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that application by Calvin Garley <br />for permission to construct sanitary sewer extensions, water main <br />extensions and storm sewer on Centennial Drive from Hamline Avenue <br />to Pascal Avenue, Terrace Drive from Hamline Avenue to Pascal Avenue <br />and Pascal Avenue from Terrace Drive to Centennial Drive be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 469 rezoning <br />property of Angelo Carbone at 2563 North Hamline Avenue from R-l <br />to R-3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be <br />authorized to sign agreement between the Village and Angelo Carbone <br />regarding Park Site IS-A.
