<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special Meeting of the Village Council - October 2, 1965. <br /> <br />9:30 A.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1346 <br />establishing the annual budget for 1966 be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1346 <br />ADOPTING <br />1966 BUDGET <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1347 <br />directing the County Auditor to levy taxes on real estate for <br />fiscal year 1966 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1347 <br />REAL ESTATE <br />TAX LEVY <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1348 <br />directing the County Auditor to reduce the established tax levy <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvements and Water Improvements be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1348 <br />01 RECTING <br />REDUCTION OF <br />AUTOMATIC LEVIES <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1349 <br />determining to acquire by eminent domain easements across <br />certain lands for the purposes of constructing, maintaining <br />and operating flowage easements for the flowage, storage, pond- <br />ing and discharge of storm waters for the Village of Rosevi11e, <br />Minnesota, and that the necessary eminent domain proceedings be <br />completed for said purposes as a part of Improvement 65-8 be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1349 <br />EMINENT DOMAIN <br />STORM SE WE R <br />IMPROVEMENT 65-8 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1350 <br />determining to acquire by eminent domain easements across <br />certain lands for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and, <br />operating storm sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances for the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, and directing that the nec- <br />essary proceedings be completed for said purpose as a part of <br />Improvement 65-8 be adopted.
