VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 11, 1965. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, and Grauel. Absent: Trustee Shields. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 27, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of October 2, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded; that Resolution No. 1351 amending the assessment roll on Street Improvement 64-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1352 accepting the amended assessment roll on Street Improvement 64-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1353 establishing the assessment roll on Storm Sewer Improvement 65-19 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1354 establishing the assessment roll on Water Improvement 65-18 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1355 establishing the assessment roll on Sanitary Sewer Improvement 65-17 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Trustee Shields arrived at 7:40 p.m. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1356 establishing the assessment roll on Street Improvement 64-3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Trustee Shields abstaining. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the preliminary plat submitted by Ferdinand Bucher be referred to the Planning Commission and they continue the hearing on extraction of sand and gravel; and that the council public hearing be continued until November 8, 1965.
