Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the council express its willingness to enter into a contract with Northern States Power for conversion of its street lights from incandescent to mercury vapor lights effective April 1, 1967; that the installation of street lights prior to April l, 1967, continue to be incandescent lights; and that the Village Attorney meet with the Northern States Power to finalize the incandescent mercury vapor transition agree- ment.
