<br />VI LLAGE OF ROSE VI LLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 18, 19650 <br /> <br />The Village Council met on'the above date with the following <br />members present~ Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shieldso <br /> <br />Goodrich Movedg that the request for withdrawal of the Lentsch <br />rezoning petition be grantedo Motion withdrawno <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the rezoning from R-l to <br />R-3 requested by Michael Lentsch for 1880 North Lexington Avenue <br />be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that the council take no position <br />on the matter of loading and unloading petroleum vehicles currently <br />being heard by the Minnesota State Railroad and Warehouse Commission. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of October 7, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) = <br />Nays (0) 0 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of October II, 1965, be approved 0 Roll Call, Ayes (5) = <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm made the following proclamation~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the celebration of Halloween is offically established <br />the evening of the 31st day of October; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in the year 1965, said October 31, will fall on <br />Sunday, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />sentiment has been expressed in Roseville for <br />celebration of that part of the holiday ruled over <br />by witches and gobblins for Saturday night, <br />October 30, 19650 <br /> <br />THEREFORE, I, Emil F.
