<br />-3- <br /> <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on a proposed Storm Sewer <br />Improvement No. 65-43 consisting of the construction of storm <br />sewer and appurtenances within the area described below; all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $71,9000 The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment includes the properties described below: <br /> <br />All of Block One (I), Block Two (2), Block Four (4), Block Five <br />(5), and Lots One (1) through Twenty two (22) inclusive, Block <br />Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Nine (9) inclusive, Block Six <br />(6), Western Hills Addition, according to the plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Ramsey County, Minnesotao <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement <br />and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be <br />heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated aboveo <br /> <br />/s/ Richard W. Turn lund, Village Clerk <br /> <br />The Clerk also produced a certificate of mailing notices of the <br />hearing to all property owners within the assessment area of the <br />proposed improvement. <br /> <br />The Mayor asked if anyone wished to appear for or against the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Ted Glaserud, Ban Con Construction Company, spoke in favor of the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The Council adjourned the hearingo <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1369 order- <br />ing the construction of Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-43 be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1369 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request by Robert West <br />for rezoning of property at 1830 North Lexington Avenue from R-l <br />to R-3 be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />ROBERT WEST <br />REZONING <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Robert Herbst <br />for rezoning from I-I to B-3 and special use permit on property <br />located at 2080 and 2090 W. County Road C be denied. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />HEM~ <br />REZONING <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1370 regard- <br />ing tax forfeited land in Frankson's Garden Plateau and McCarron's <br />Addition be adopted.
