<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - October 25, 1965. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved~ Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of October l8s 1965s be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that building permit be issued <br />to David Frattelone for construction of a second house on property <br />located at South Owasso Boulevard and Dale Street. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that a public hearing on the <br />final plat for Oakridge Lane Addition be established for <br />November 15, 1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Roseville Baptist <br />Church be granted a building permit for 211 West County Road <br />B-2 on the condition that a 30 foot dedication along the west <br />limits of the property be given to the Village for a future <br />street. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that a public hearing on a <br />rezoning request by Fred Rahn at 1901 North Lexington Avenue <br />be set for November 8, 1965. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Change Order NO.3, <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 5 be approved and the Mayor and <br />Manager be authorized to sign same. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village of Roseville <br />upon rece1v1ng completed easements, pay the following amounts to <br />the following named persons as a part of Water Improvement No. <br />64-7: <br />Easement W-703 = $200.00, Wilbur E. Philips and Jean E., <br />husband and wife <br />Easement W-704 - $95.00, Katherine Reiling <br />Easement W-70S - $95.00, George J.
