VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council ~ November IS, 1965. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shieldso Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of November 8, 1965, be approved 0 Roll Calle Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0). Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing for proposed Storm Sewer Improvement 65~38 and requested that the Village Manager read the official notice of hearing on the improvement. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, at 7:30 P.Mo on November 15, 1965, to consider the making of an improvement by installing a storm sewer drainage system in that area lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit: All that part of Section 8, T 29, R 23 described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 8; thence SOly along the West line of said Section 8, said West line also being the West limit of the Village of Roseville, 3077.0 ft; thence E~ly 150 ft, thence S'ly approximately 350 ft to a point lying 790.0 ft south of the East-West centerline of said Section 8. thence E9ly, Parallel with and 790 ft distant from said centerline, 440 ft; thence Sily approximatelY 527 ft to the South line of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 8. thence E'ly along said South line approximately 2080 ft to the North South centerline of said Section 8, said centerline also being the centerline of Fulham Street; thence Nely along said centerline 825 ft. thence EOly parallel with and 825 ft Ne ly of the South line of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 8 approximately 2650 ft to the East line of said Section 8. thence N'ly along said east line approximately 166105 ft to extended North line of the south 160 ft of tract F, RoLoS. Noo 50; thence Wily along the extended north line and North line of said south 160 ft of said Tract F, RoLoSo Noo SO a distance of 2250 ft. thence NWOly, approximately 960 feet to the intersection of the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway CompanyOs right of way with the centerline of the Northern Pacific Railway CompanyOs right of way. thence NE'ly along the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's right of way approximately 750 ft to the North line of said Section 8. thence WOly along said north line approximately 2620 ft to the NW corner of said Section 8, said corner being the point of beginningo pursuant to Minn. Statso Secso 4290011 to 4290111 (Laws 1953 Cho 398) as amended.
