<br />=6~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota wishes to support and endorse <br />such citizen and organization cooperation and involve- <br />ment in this field so vital to Minnesota's future, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Jaycees through their leadership will be <br />enlisting the interest and cooperation of the communities <br />throughout the state, <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, I. Emil F. Cedarholm, Mayor of the Village of <br />Roseville, do hereby proclaim the month of November, <br />1965D as "Community Development Month" in Roseville, <br />Minnesota and urge the attention and cooperation of the <br />communities throughout the state to the Jaycee Community <br />Development program. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Change Order No. 1 <br />Project 65=20 and 65=31 be approved and the Mayor and Manager <br />authorized to execute it.
