<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, December 13, 1965. <br /> <br />fhe Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of December 6, 1965, be approved. Roll CallD Ayes (4) = Nays (0) - <br />Abstentions (1), Trustee Goodrich abstainingo <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on reassessments for <br />Consolidated Water Improvements 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment <br />and reapportionment of original assessments for Consolidated <br />Water Improvements Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 in the <br />Suburban Life on November 24 and December 1, 1965, in accordance <br />with the resolution adopted November 15, 1965, which affidavit <br />was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider- <br />ation of objections to proposed supplemental assessments9 <br />reassessments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect <br />to Consolidated Water Improvements Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and <br />64-6 said original hearing being held October 6, 1964 and said <br />assessment roll as amended being adopted October 12, 1964 and <br />:ertified to the County Auditor on October 19, 1964. All persons <br />present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, <br />and all written objections theretofore filed with the Village Clerk <br />were presented and considered, and all such objections were tabulated <br />as follows: <br /> <br />EDWARD J. F. PETSCHEL, 2465 North Victoria: Wanted to know if <br />he was being assessed for property on Dale Street. <br /> <br />FLOYD Co OLSON, 2952 North Fairview: Two service assessments <br />were made but he only has one. He was also assessed for the depth <br />of his lot on Millwood rather than the frontage on Fairview. <br /> <br />RAYMOND SCHIE, 194 West County Road B-2: Assessed for two <br />services but only one was installedo <br /> <br />CLARENCE GOULD, 1295 Oakcrest: His name is located on two <br />lots and two services were installedo Only one can be used and he <br />requested an assessment reduction for the second service connection 0 <br /> <br />EDGAR Bo WILLIAMS, 3091 North Fairview: Two service connections <br />were assessed but only one was installedo <br /> <br />PAUL VIDEEN, 1356 West Sextant; No water main was installed. <br />Frontage assessments and service charges should be removed and <br />~eplaced with a front trunk assessment. <br /> <br />7:30 P.Mo <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENn <br />62=2, 64-4, 64-5 <br />AND 64-6 <br />REASSESSMENTS <br />
