<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Vi llage Counei 1 - February 21, 1966. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following; <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Shields, Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of February 14, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing on proposed Improve- <br />ment 65-46 (construction of sanitary sewer and water utilities <br />on Terrace Drive immediately east of Fairview Avenue). <br /> <br />The Manager read the published notice of the hearing and <br />filed a certificate of mailing of notices as required by <br />state law. <br /> <br />The consulting engineer, Mr. Roger Short, presented a report <br />on the engineering aspects of the improvement. <br /> <br />The t-Ianager presented the proposed financing of the improvement. <br /> <br />Mr. Jean Parranto representing the property owners involved <br />requested consideration be given to past sanitary sewer and <br />water assessments and taken into account in determininp the <br />assessment. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Graue 1 Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of ~iilton <br />Anderson to \dthdraw his request for a rezoning and special use <br />permit for the George Reiling property at Lexington and County <br />Road C-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that request for building <br />permit for a Bonanza Restaurant at 1895 Rice Street be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that request for building <br />permit by Keller Corporation at 2151 North lIamline Avenue be <br />. approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that the alignment of <br />County Road C between Victoria Street and Hamline Avenue <br />providing for an at grade intersection at Victoria Street <br />and a bridging of the Northern Pacific Railway tracks between <br />Lexington and Victoria be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields ~.1oved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1473 <br />ordering Improvement 65-46 be adopted.
