County Road B: Concerned about the <br />foot traffic on County Road B. <br /> <br />MRS. MAX DE FLORIN, 1027 H. County Road B: Wanted to know <br />why Highway 36 couldn't be used for the heavy traffic, particular- <br />ly busses. <br /> <br />MR. MILTON FLEU, 1186 ~.Jest County Road B: Inquired as to <br />whether the new roadway between L~xington and Ham1ine would be <br />bituminous blacktopping or concrete. If not concrete, why would <br />it be necessary to have a curb and gutter. <br /> <br />MR. VICTOR J. DEC, 1060 t~est County Road B: Explained that <br />ingress and egress is difficult now with a 35 mile an hour speed <br />limit. He felt this situation would be made worse if the street <br />was widened and the speed limit would be increased. <br /> <br />MRS. C. A. THORPE, 915 W. County Road B: Asked if the speed <br />limit would be raised if the tmprovement is ordered. Also <br />wanted to know if the installation of sidewalks had been con- <br />sidered. <br /> <br />MR. DAVID MOOlU:, 1130 County Road B: \'uanted to know the <br />overall width from curb to curb between Lexington and Hamline, <br />whether or not the elevation of the road would be changed, who <br />would pay for it if it was changed, and if there was enough <br />right of way for sidewalks. <br /> <br />J. D. SMITH, 1244 West County Road B: wanted to knew why <br />the side streets would not be assessed. <br /> <br />MR. EDWARD SCHMITZ, 1275 County .Road B: Wanted to know <br />if the widening of County aoad B would increase the truck traffic. <br /> <br />~. PHILBROOK BURNHAM, 1266 West County Road B: Wanted <br />to know what protection would be aftorded the children who walk <br />on County Road B and whether or not they could walk on the <br />property inside the curb. <br />
