<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 8, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of th0 Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held at Alexander .Ramsey High School in said village on <br />Tuesday, March 8, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following ~embers were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Grauel and Shields; <br /> <br />and the f 0 Ilm'ling VIla s absent: Goodr ich <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of Notice of Hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement No. 66-14 <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 21, 1966, <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description of <br />the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br />and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were <br />as follows: <br />
