the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by

the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them

were as follows:

MR. RONALD DUNCAN, 747 Cope: They do not have a lot of
water on Cope or on Grotto from Cope to Lovell. Therefore, he's
opposed to the improvement.

MR. DONALD DUNN, 809 Grandview: In favor of the improvement.

MRS. E. W. ALPUERrO, 715 Sextant: Has a severe water problem
and is in favor of the improvement.

MR. D. S. BRUCE, 755 W. Cope: In favor of the improvement
but feels Cope Avenue should be eliminated because they have no
drainage problems. Suggested that Cope Avenue be graded from
the north to the south so that the water that does accumulate
would be drained into state highway property. Also suggested
that the snow plows plow from the north to the south on Cope
which would allow the water to run to the vacated area that the
highway department maintains.

MRS. JOSEPH SCHMITT, 2444 N. St. Albans: Opposed to the
improvement. They take care of their own water and feel if the
ditches were kept open there would be no need for storm sewers.

MR. RICHARD WHITE, 808 W. County Road B-2: Has a drainage
pxoblem and is in favor of the improvement. Asked about the
location of a drain.

MR. DONALD HIGGS, 847 Lovell: Has had a water problem for
over ten years and is in favor of the improvement.

MR. BURL L. BOYLES, 841 Lovell: In favor of the improvement.

MRS. WARREN STUBER, 2423 North Dale: Has no drainage problem
and causes no drainage problem for anyone else. Opposed to the
improvement.

MR. BYRON PROCTOR, 70l County Road B-2: Thought if the
culverts wero kept open the storm sewers.wouldn't be necessary.
Oppose4 to the improvement.
