VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 21, 1966. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel, Absent: Mayor Cedarholm. Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of March 8, 1966 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 14, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) - Abstentions (I), Trustee Goodrich abstaining. Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Change Order No.1, Storm Sewer Improvement 65-8 be approved as recommended by Banister Engineering Company in their letter of March 9, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Minnesota Transfer Railway rezoning request for property between County Road C-2 and County Road D and west of the Minnesota Transfer right-of-way be referred to the Planning Commissionj and that the council public hearing on this matter be established for April II, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application submitted by Donald Hansen, 2101 South Rosewood Lane for a variance be submitted to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Village Manager send a letter to all owners of lots not having sewer service in the area of Woodruff and Wagner inquiring as to their attitude toward installation of sanitary sewerj and that a letter be sent to Mr. Paul Nelson stating the Council does not wish to allow install- ation of septic tanks in the area. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Target Stores for a temporary garden building be permitted provided that the structure erected now will be taken down by the Tuesday after Labor Day. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the building permit requested by Donald Roberts for a warehouse at 2000 West County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the building permit request by Donald Roberts for two warehouses at 2350 and 2380 Terminal Road be approved subject to the conditions set out in the special use permit and variances. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the building permit requested by Gordon Displays for a building at 1900 W. County Road C be granted.
