<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 28, 1966. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Grauel and <br />Goodrich. Absent: Mayor Cedarholm and Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of March 21, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Second~. that the application to withdraw <br />the division of lot by L. Liedholm, 2228 North Rosewood Lane, be <br />approved; and that the Building Inspector amend the building permit <br />for the lot at 2228 North Rosewood Lane to indicate all of Lot 10, <br />Block 2, Rosewood Addition. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />L. LIEDHOLM <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the division of lot requested <br />by Wilton B. Doble at 975 W. County Road C be held over until <br />April II, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />WILTON B. DO <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted <br />by Northwestern Bell and Telephone Company to place buried cable <br />in Cohansey Street south of Brooks Avenue and in Brooks Avenue <br />from Cohansey Street east to Western Avenue be approved, as <br />recommended by the Public Works Director in his letter of March 22, <br />1966. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />NORTHWESTERN <br />BELL & TELEP. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be <br />authorized to sign the. Recriprocal Fire Serv.ice Agreement with <br />Capitol City Mutual Aid Associates. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the variance requested by <br />D. H. Overmyer Company at 2500 North Walnut Street be referred to <br />the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />D. H. OVERMYI <br />VARIANCE <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the variance requested <br />by Fruehauf at 1717 County Road C be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for a recommendation.
