Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />MINlITES <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of March 28, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Trustee Curley abstaining. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1496 <br />accepting Minnesota Highway Department plans S.P. 6212-69 <br />(TH 36-118) on improvement of T.H. 36 within the corporate limits <br />of Village of Roseville from Western Avenue to East corporate <br />limits be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1496 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1497 <br />accepting Minnesota Highway Department plans S.P. 6212-49 <br />(T.H. 36-118) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1497 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1498 <br />accepting Minnesota Highway Department plans S.P. 6212-69 and <br />6212-94 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1499 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1500 <br />changing the hearing date from April 11, 1966 to May 9, 1966 <br />on the supplemental assessment on the Zimmerman Office Park <br />property be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLlITION <br />NO. 1500 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that request for rezoning at <br />County Road D and Lexington Avenue by Sheehy Construction Co. <br />be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />SHEEHY <br />REZONING <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the final plat of Ban-Con, <br />Inc. Western Hills Addition No. 2 plat be approved subject to the <br />dedication for the widening of Irene Street from Oakcrest Avenue <br />to Rose Place and the applicantOs provision of the necessary sewer <br />and water extensions.
