<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, May 9, 1966. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of April 25, 1966& be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of May 2, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - <br />Nays (0) - Abstentions (1) Trustee Grauel abstaining. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1517 regarding <br />a supplemental assessment on Zimmerman Office Park Property be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that rezoning from R-I to 1-1 <br />on property north of County Road C-2 and southeast of New Trunk <br />Highway 8 requested by Minnesota Transfer Railway Company be <br />granted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the final plat of the <br />Kroiss Lakeview Addition Noo 2 be approved, subject to the Village <br />Attorney checking the abstracto Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Bettenburg, Townsend, Stolte <br />and Comb prepare working plans and specifications for the proposed <br />Fire Station at Fairview Avenue and Oakcrest Avenue 0 Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MayorCedarholm appoinued Shields and Grauel to a council committee <br />to investigate cleaning up the Glendenning Motorways, Inc. property. <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm made the following proclamation: <br /> <br />WHEREAS It is the responsibility of every citizen of Roseville <br />to help keep our community clean and attractive, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS The Month of May is a natural period for extra effort <br />towards a general clean-up and improvement of the <br />appearance of our community, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Cooperative effort on the part of all citizens and groups <br />in Roseville would create a more attractive and healthful <br />community in which to live and do business. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Emil F.
