Roll Call~ Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1534 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded~ that Resolution No. 1535 <br />requesting Minnesota State Aid participation on County Road C <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1535 <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded~ that Resolution No. 1536 <br />regarding condemnation of property in Storm Sewer Improvement <br />66~11 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) ~ Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1536 <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Public Works Director <br />be authorized to permit construction on the storm sewer between <br />Hamline Avenue and Fernwood Avenue on County Road B~2 prior to <br />receipt of the cooperative agreement from the state.
