<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, June 13, 1966. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of May 23, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) - <br />Abstentions (I), Trustee Grauel abstaining. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of May 26, 1966, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted by <br />Hart Motor Freight and Roberts Construction for rezoning of property <br />at 2200 and 2230 Terminal Road be approved as recommended by the <br />Planning Commission in their letter of May 5, 1966. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Planned Industrial Develop- <br />ment plan of Roberts Construction Company at 2200 and 2230 Terminal <br />Road be approved as presented with the conditions that three sides <br />of the buildings be faced with brick and that a fence be constructed <br />in the rear so as to obstruct the view of the proposed industrial <br />buildings. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the rezoning request by <br />Hess Kline for property located at the southwest corner of T.H. 36 <br />and Hamline Avenue be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that request of Warren Brennan <br />to construct garages at his apartment site at 1080 W. County Road D <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nays (0). <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the final plat on Capitol <br />View Hills Addition be approved and the Mayor and Manager <br />authorized to sign it. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the preliminary plat <br />submitted by Ban-Con for Western Hills Addition #3 be referred <br />to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the public hearing on the <br />final plat for Western Hills Addition #3 be set for July 11, <br />1966. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Gluek rezoning request <br />for property on Snelling Avenue north of County Road C be <br />referred to the Planning Commission.
