<br />meeting of June 20, 1966, be approved.

<br />approving Minnesota Highway Department Plans, Project S.P.
<br />6214-16 (T.H. 49-126) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1557
<br />regarding traffic hazards, billboards, encroachments, etc. on
<br />Minnesota Highway Department Project S.P. 6214-16 (T.H. 49-126)
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />Western Hills Addition #3 final plat be continued until
<br />July 18, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that public hearing on
<br />final plat for Central Park View, Dale and Transit Avenue, be
<br />set for August 8, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the public hearing on
<br />the Wheel Service Company rezoning at 2730 North Fairview
<br />Avenue be continued until July 18, 1966; and that in the inte~tm
<br />a meeting be set up with the Village Attorney, Public Works
<br />Director, Villag~ Manager and representatives of the proper~y
<br />owners adjacent to the County Ditch. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -
<br />Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Village Attorney
<br />request an injunction in the District Court in regard to the
<br />Glendenning junk yard. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the division of a lot
<br />by Harold Bradshaw, 939 W. County Road B-2 be accepted as a
<br />preliminary plat with the conditions as outlined in the letter
<br />from the Planning Commission of July 8, 1966. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a public hearing on the
<br />final plat for Bradshaw Addition be established for August 8,
