VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Heeting of the Village Council~ August 15, 1966. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm~ Trustees Curley. Grauel Secondedg that the request of Max Farning. 950 Brooks~ for a variance to the Building Code be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded. that the matter of the mlnlmum first floor square footage requirement in split foyer houses be referred to the Planning Commission and the Inspection Superintendent for a recommendation. Roll Call~ Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Movedg Goodrich Seconded, that the request of D. H. Overmyer Warehouse Company for building permit at 2550 Walnut Street be granted. Goodrich Movedg Curley Seconded. that Resolution No. 1586 consolidating Storm Sewer Improvements Nos. 65-7, 65-8, 65-9; Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements 66-14 and 66-15, 66-11, 65-43, and 65-37, determining the amount of the expense thereof to be paid by the Village and the amount to be assessed, and directing pre- paration of an assessment roll be adopted.
