VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Special Meeting of the Village Council, August 29, 1966. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of August 15, 1966 be approved with the amendment of the list of Election Judges to include the following names: Ruth Landy 2063 North Fry Arliene Stenerdson 3027 North Albert Marion Carlson 2195 S. Rosewood Lane Mi 11ie Olson 1733 Millwood Alice Melby 1115 Sextant Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application submitted by Mrs. Jacoby to establish a nursery school under special use permit at 648 Iona Lane, be approved as set out by the Planning Commission in its letter of August 4, 1966; and also that the special use permit contain a condition that it be cancellable on 60 days notice. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request for special use permit to remove 50,000 yards of gravel from the Bucher property on Western Avenue and South OWasso Boulevard be denied. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Hess Kline rezoning request be re-referred to the Planning Commission for their meet- ing of October 5, and heard by the Council at their meeting of October 10, 1966. Roll Call, Ayes (3) - Nays (2), Trustees Shields and Grauel voting no. Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of Thomas Willmus for rezoning of property at County Road C and Dale Street be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the letter from Robert E. Jones, North End Legion Post #474 regarding bingo operation be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes (5)- Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the request of Cal Garley for extension of time on four building permits be approved for a 90 day period. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1601 establish- ing a public hearing on Sanitary Sewer Improvement 66-17 and Water Improvement 66-25 for October 24, 1966, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Change Order No.2, Storm Sewer Improvement 66~11 be approved and the Mayor and Manager authorized to sign it.
