Roll Call, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0) - Abstentions (2), Mayor Cedarholm and <br />Trustee Goodrich abstaining. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted <br />by the Swahn Liquidating Trust for rezoning of property from I-I <br />to 1-2 located at County Road C-2 and Cleveland Avenue be approved; <br />and that the owner submit for the Public Works Director's approval <br />a plan to fill and grade the property. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />SWAHN <br />LIQUIDATING <br />TRUST <br />REZONING <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Zimmerman <br />Realty for a variance in setback at 1440 and 1430 Commerce Street <br />be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />Z IMMERMAN <br />REALTY <br />VARIANCE <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that request of Arthur R. <br />Johnson to move dwelling from 222 North McCarrons Boulevard to <br />415 Wagner Street be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll <br />Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />MOVING OF <br />HOUSE <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 507 <br />regarding method of burial be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 507 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1619 to <br />acquire tax forfeited lot be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1619 <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Estimate #1, Project <br />65-35 be paid to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. in the amount <br />of $6,114.64. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />PROJECT 65-35 <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Estimate #4, Project Nos. <br />65-20, 65-31, 65-34 and 66-16 be paid to Alexander Construction <br />Company in an amount of $29,328.49.
