<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 3, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the cafetorium of Alexander Ramsey High School <br />in said village on Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1966 at 7:3r <br />o clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, Grauel <br />and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Goodrich <br /> <br />Al~o in attendance wer~: Richard w. ' Lowell Odland, Village PUQ~ic Works Director; FObert Bell, <br />Village Attorney; and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br />Villa~e Bond Consultants. <br />Lhe Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assess~ent for Consolidated <br /> <br />Storm Sewer Improvements Numbered 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 66-14, 66-15, <br />66-11, 65-43 and 65-37 in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on <br />September 14, 1966 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br />September 12, 1966, which affidavit was examined, found satis- <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. <br />
