WARREN BARRON, 1251 Oakcrest: Two-thirds of his lot flows
toward the pond north of Oakcrest off of Fernwood. Wanted
to know if he would only be assessed once for storm sewer.

The Village Clerk reported that communications had been
received from the following:

TEX GUGGEMOS, Ban-Con: Indicated that they are not opposed to
the assessments as they affect their additions.

JOSEPH L. JUEN, 2376 Cohansey: Has been assessed $400 for a
200 foot lot. Has only one sewer and one water connection and
because of the location of the building on the property, division
is not feasible.

JOSEPH L. MOGG. 474 West County Road C: There is no benefit to
his property from the storm sewer.

FRANK J. HAGGERTY, l086 Sherren: Owns Lots 1 and 2, Block 2,
Hamm's Re-arrangement. His house is located on Lot 2 and he has
been told that according to the village building code the other
lot does not meet the requirements for a homesite and is not a
buildable lot. He's being assessed $400 and feels that he should
be assessed only $200.

THOWAS E. SCHULTZ, SR., 711 Shryer: Being assessed $600 and
believes it should be only $400. He owns 3 lots but his house,
breezeway and garage are located on two of the lots.

ALBERT LOKKEN, 2400 N. Hamline: Objects to the $400 assessment
because his drainage situation is worse now than before. He
understood that his yard catch basin would empty into the storm
sewer but it was by-passed. Also, the outlet of his sewer has
practically disappeared due to soil erosion because of municipal
excavating and his property is in danger of being flooded. His
Hamline Avenue frontage has not been repaired where the sod
washed away.

Moved by Shields and seconded by Curley that the hearing
be adjourned until 7:30 o'clock P.M., October 10, 1966 at the
Village Hall. All in favor.

Moved by Shields, seconded by Grauel that the Verde Haven
Association be authorized to erect shelter in Pocahontas Park,
financed from neighborhood solicitations.

The hearing closed at 8:20 o'clock P.M.
