<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SW-89-16 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, <br />in said City, on the thirteenth day of November, 1990, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-SW-89-16 including all that property abutting Hamline Avenue <br />from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B by the installation of <br />bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, non-motorized <br />pathways and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the city manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$1,600,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur <br />Avenue to County Road B. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the areas proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 22, 1990 <br /> <br />BY THE ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Steve Sarkozy <br />City Manager <br />
