VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council" October 240 1966. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present~ Mayor Cedarholmo Trustees Curleyo Grauel and Goodrich. Absent~ Trustee Shieldso Curley Movedo Grauel SecondedD that the minutes of the regular meeting of October 110 19660 be approved. Roll Callo Ayes (3) = Nays (0)0 Abstentions (1)0 Trustee Goodrich abstaining. Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing on Improvement 66=17 and 66=25. The Acting Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub1i= cation of notice of hearing on the proposed Improvement 66=11 and 66=25 in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on September 28D !9660 in accordance with Resolution adopted August 29D 1966D which affidavit was examinedD found satisfactoryo and ordered placed on file. The Acting Manager also presented a Certificate of Mailing Notice to all affected property owners 0 which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed. The Mayor then directed the Acting Manager to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement as stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard and the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the CouncilD and the written views presented by them were as follows: MR.
