<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council" October 240 1966. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present~ Mayor Cedarholmo Trustees Curleyo Grauel and <br />Goodrich. Absent~ Trustee Shieldso <br /> <br />Curley Movedo Grauel SecondedD that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of October 110 19660 be approved. Roll Callo Ayes (3) = <br />Nays (0)0 Abstentions (1)0 Trustee Goodrich abstaining. <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm opened the public hearing on Improvement 66=17 <br />and 66=25. <br /> <br />The Acting Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub1i= <br />cation of notice of hearing on the proposed Improvement 66=11 and <br />66=25 in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on September 28D !9660 in <br />accordance with Resolution adopted August 29D 1966D which affidavit <br />was examinedD found satisfactoryo and ordered placed on file. <br />The Acting Manager also presented a Certificate of Mailing Notice <br />to all affected property owners 0 which certificate was examined <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Acting Manager to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br />as stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the <br />notice all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard and <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br />CouncilD and the written views presented by them were as follows: <br /> <br />MR. GERALD D. HYNNECKD 449 Wagner Street~ In favor of the improvement. <br />MR. ROY BOLTEND ATTORNEY REPRESENTING WILLIAM D. NELSOND 1353 Surnrnit~ St. PaulD Minnesota: In favor of the <br />improvement. <br />MRo EDWARD J. WIDERSKlo 386 Wagner Street: Against improvementD lift <br />station in particularo <br />MR. FRANK A. KORND 1839 Western Avenue: Against improvemento lift <br />station in particular. <br /> <br />After discussion of the above considerationso the Mayor continued the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Goodrich MovedD Grauel SecondedD that the public hearing on Improve= <br />ment 66=11 and 66=25 be continued until November 14D 1966. Roll Callo <br />Ayes (4) = Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel MovedD Goodrich SecondedD that public hearing on relocation <br />of a house from 222 North McCarrons Boulevard to 415 Wagner Street <br />be continued. Roll Callo Ayes (4) = Nays (0)0 <br /> <br />Curley MovedD Goodrich SecondedD that request for a street light <br />at the intersection of North McCarrons Boulevard and Giesman Street <br />be approved as recommended by the Public Works Director in his letter <br />dated October 200 1966.
